To really create a vibe at your event adding LED uplighting can be an effortless way do so especially when using battery power wireless cans. As the cans are pre-charged and colours can be pre-set prior to the hire the setup can be as easy as putting them in the ideal location at the venue. For this event at Electrowerkz Angel London the brief was to turn a concrete blank canvas into a vibey experience for a brand launch. It was important that lighting matched that of the Brands Logo perfectly which was easily done with the wireless DMX controller. An 85" LED Screen was Hired along with the lighting package to showcase the Brands product as well as having a looping Logo displayed throughout the day
2x1 Stage with Skirts / 85" LED Screen Hired for BFI Southbank London
This setup at BFI London Southbank utilises a simple 2x1m stage for Hire with side skirting which is ample for one(even 2) presenter(s) when no lectern is present. A single spotlight on metal lighting stand with controller was setup out of shot to glow the presenter whilst on stage. Stage sections for hire are available in 1x1m or 2x1m to be combined in any way to make the desired stage size
The 85" LED Screen hired was the perfect size to act as both a backdrop with BFI logo displayed and also for the winning movie to be played and enjoyed by the guests in attendance. BFI London Southbank venue required equipment to aesthetically match the interior and be as minimal and effective as possible which we believe we did very well

This 12 Pack of LED Uplighters for hire truly transformed this prestigious London venue and created an ambience matching the clients theme. As the uplighters hired are battery powered this made the installation very minimal eliminating the need for excessive health and safety procedures like gaffa taping and matting making this an aesthetically pleasing setup

Moving head LED lights / Mounted 8k Lumen Projector hire @ Motel Studios Shoredich London
Motel Studios in Shoredich being a versatile space hosting events as well as film shoots was the location for the above brand launch event. For this event we supplied for hire moving heads LED lights on truss sections, a 3x1m stage, trusslite lecterns, as well as a ceiling mounted projector. The moving head lights were setup with a DMX controller to be able to change the position of the light projection throughout the event. The stage hired was setup as a barebones stage (no skirt or carpeting) to fit in with the industrial aesthetic of the venue. The Projector Hired was truss mounted with cables run to front of house for control of content.
Hire Staging and LED Uplighters in Central London
The Battery life of the LED lights Hired is Typically around 8hrs at full function so for longer events we would advise keeping the lights off after testing up until close to event start time. Some events may require having a backup set of lights to switch to though this is rarely the case.
