Picture above is from an amazing event at The Serpentine in Kensington London where an 85" Plasma LCD screen was hired for an audience of 50 people to view HD digital artwork. The PA system hired was a high end EV 2k 2 speaker sound systrem with Sennheiser G4 mic system using handheld and headset microphones. When hiring your LED Plasma Screen for your event the likelyhood is that sound will be required for either Playback from videos and/or the use of microphones. If playing viideos with sound requirements this is eirther hooked up from the audio out of your laptop or coming from our sound desk
Image below is from a conference at a Hotel in Liverpool St in the City of London close to barbican where a 4 x 75" LCD Plasma screens were hired and connected over an HD video distribution system along with a 6 speaker PA system. For this event we provided DJ equipment for hire with CJD's and DJ booth as well as LED uplighters and spotlights. For some events with a PA system you will require an onsite sound tech or sound engineer depending on whether the event is for corporate sound / live sound or a mixture of the two. For smaller events with a say one or two handheld mics if might not be neccessary to have someone stay oniste though many clients choose to have onsite tech for peace of mind
When hiring a Large LCD screen with your PA sound system you will want to advise on a few things so we can get the right AV equipment quoted and reserved. The first thing will be the type of venue whether in London or outer areas. A PA system designed for a ballroom will be different than a setup for a typical event space. A typical ballroom will require at least 8 speakers maybe up to 12 and the microphones hired will need to be long range. If your PA hired was in a smaller typical London venue like say a restaurant it is likely that 2-4 speakers and standard microphones will be suitable
