The above Black Drape kit with 14ft Screen was hired for an event at The Waldorf Hilton, London for an Awards Ceromony where an Audience of 200 round table guests would need to be able to view nominations and award winners as well as background holding slides and a special video presentation. A 16k Lumen Laser Projector was Hired with short throw lens to ensure very bright and high resolution images. The short throw lens fitted ensured there would be enough space behiind the screen without taking up to much of the venue space

The screen also had to be de-rigged mid event as the area where the screen was setup would eventually become the dancefloor. To ensure health and safety we had extra tech crew on hand to disassemble the Screen and Projector in non intrusive manner to event going on in the background

The above 12ft Fastfold Projection Screen Hired at Crypt on the Green in Clerkenwell London for Design Week was the perfect size for all 150 audience to see the content perfectly across the church. In this case where the venue has a sound system in place it was possible to hook the clients laptop directly to the in house system and save the cost of hiring and external sound system.
