When working at the the Apple Store Covent Garden we would have very limited setup time as the store would close at 6pm and event would start at 6:45pm leaving very little time for setup of Audio Visual Hire equipment. To ensure all Screens and PA equipment hired was setup on time each event we employed double the setup crew with specific roles defined for each area of the AV setup. As the entrance to the Apple Store has very high doors we were actually able to setup the LED screens for hire outside the covent garden store and role them into place soon as the customers had vacated the store.
